Antelope child

I need a name for him!!
I've made this OC of mine last week, and I absolutely ADORE him!!
He's a timetraveller, from the year 2109, but went back in time too far and now he can only time travel short time spans. He use to have time travelling as a ability, but since he wasted so much energy to go back in time, he cannot do it on his own anymore. Now he's completely reliant on his necklace to time travel. Without it, he's worthless.
In his time, life is artificial, thus why he's unnatural colors. He wasn't born, he was created. He has the DNA of a deer, and some sort of rodent. 
He also has a feral form, in which his feral form is pretty much the same. Only difference is that his hands turn into hooves.
